Large vintage workbench or work table on castors. Early to mid-20th century. Crafted from solid pine. Good refurbished condition, ready for everyday use. Ideal as a freestanding kitchen island or for displaying goods.
Simple design combined with sturdy materials and an attractive patina.
Rectangular table frame standing on practical industrial castors, comprising 4 square legs, a frame and additional strut connections with a recessed shelf in the lower section. Attached to this is an exceptionally solid top, framed in beech wood, which overhangs all round.

In good, authentic condition, restored to a ready-to-use standard with slight age-related signs of wear, including old woodworm tunnels (not active!). Among other things, it has been fully sanded and re-sealed to ensure a surface that can be used without hesitation. The shelf has been replaced and new industrial castors fitted.
The table cannot be dismantled for transport.
