A large stripped oak country house table or dining table. France/ Belgium, 20th century. Ideal for 8 people.
Solid rectangular table frame consisting of 4 baluster legs with moulded frame, H-strut and exceptionally thick top.

Depth: 80.5 cm / 31.69 inch.
Top overhang: 1.5 cm (0.59 in.) per long side / 35.5 cm (13.98 in.) per head end
Top thickness: 5 cm / 1.97 inch.
Good stable condition with slight signs of wear due to age. The table top is slightly warped at one corner and also has several shrinkage cracks.
The wood has been stripped of its old surface coating and is currently unsealed, revealing the beautiful matt texture of the raw oak wood.
