Elegant Biedermeier chest of drawers in solid cherry wood and veneer. Blind pine. Probably Southern German, 19th century.
A four-sided corpus on slightly S-shaped feet with a slightly overhanging profiled top. The head drawer is advanced and has ornamental thread inlays. Set-in ebonised solid columns decorate the pilasters.
Brass fittings. No keys.
The furniture shows traces of older restoration work (e.g. renewal of the feet).
