A early 19th century Spanish provincial trestle table or “mountain table”. Presumably from the Pyrenees. Made from solid walnut and pine.
Rectangular frameless table consisting of 2 pine trestles connected by struts, with a 3.8 cm thick walnut top.

Depth: 76 cm / 29.92 inch.
Top thickness: 3.8 cm / 1.49 inch.
A very attractive, unique piece with provincial charm in a purist design and with beautiful original patina.
In authentic condition, ready for everyday use, with corresponding signs of age and use, including old woodworm infestation (not active!), which has left visible traces, particularly on the lower centre strut. Some older repairs. Surface slightly cleaned and wax polished.
The table cannot be dismantled for transport.
