A large French provincial buffet à deux corps or vaisselier from the 19th century. Solidly crafted in chestnut wood.
Two-part chestnut wood corpus, consisting of upper and lower part. Profiled, ornamentally and florally carved.
The sideboard, with four doors and coffered sides, with fluted pilaster strips and multiple curved plinth frames ending in slightly curved feet. The top, set far back, with a plate shelf, 2 small and 2 large doors and a garland-like decorated cornice.
The doors are of frame construction with curved panels and hung on external iron fittings.
Fitted with shelves on the inside.
The doors of the upper section can be closed with very attractive and practical iron sliding bolts.
