An authentic provincial baroque piece of furniture that is characterised in design and execution by selected features typical of the period, such as corner bevels, arched cornices, ball feet and the strongly profiled frames. The symbiosis of these elements with the patinated surface and texture of the old oak wood give this cabinet a very special, original charm.

Good condition, restored ready for everyday use. The old dark wax was removed from the surface and carefully sanded. A new decorative patina finish was then applied. The back panel, shelves and locks are no longer original. A hook with eyelet to hold the top left door has also been added inside over the years, as the original locking latches are no longer functional.
